1. Guidelines for Abstract Submission (Abstract Proceedings)

Those who are only interested in attending the conference for presentation (NOT FOR PUBLICATION), please submit your abstract(s) following the guidelines as below:
• Abstract should be submitted in .doc format.;
• Kindly mark "For Oral/ Poster Presentation" when submitting the abstract to iswpt@iswpt.org;
• Accepted abstracts will be included in abstract proceedings which are just for communication purpose only, and will not get published openly. Full and improved papers based on the abstracts could be submitted elsewhere for further publication.

2. Guidelines for Full Paper Submission

Those who are interested in both presenting and publishing full paper in conference proceedings Environmental Science and Engineering (Indexed by Ei Compendex, Norwegian Register for Scientific Journals and Series, SCOPUS and SCImago etc.), please submit your full paper(s) via Microsoft CMT system: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ISWPT2025 or contact: cfp@iswpt.org

• All papers must be written in English and ensure that the paper you submitted has not previously been published elsewhere or currently under consideration by another scientific conference;
• Please follow these essential guidelines when preparing your paper: Guidelines for Authors;
• Full papers should be submitted in .doc format according to the Microsoft Word Templates. Please download the Paper Template to prepare your full paper.
• One regular registration is within 4-8 pages including all figures, tables and references. Paper has more than 8 pages will be charged at 50 USD Per Page. The full paper should not be more than 15 pages in length.
• Registered and accepted full papers will be published into the conference proceedings, and authors will be invited to give an oral presentation.
• Each contribution must be accompanied by a Springer Nature Licence to Publish agreement. Modified agreements are not acceptable. The corresponding author, who is also marked as such in the header of the paper, must sign the agreement on behalf of all the authors of their particular paper, having gained their permission to do so. He or she signs and accepts responsibility for releasing the material on behalf of any and all co-authors.

3. Review Process

All papers submitted to ISWPT will undergo a peer-review process. Each manuscript will be reviewed by at least three reviewers in the same field.
All papers will be reviewed using a single-blind review process: authors declare their names and affiliations in the manuscript for the reviewers to see, but reviewers do not know each other's identities, nor do the authors receive information about who has reviewed their manuscript.
